Most paid media budgets are set from last year’s number, not from the deals the business needs. Enter your deal target, contract value, funnel rates and channel costs to see the budget it takes, and what each lead and customer will cost on every channel. Free, instant, no signup required.
Click-to-lead is your landing page or lead form conversion rate. Set a channel's split to 0 to leave it out. If the splits don't add up to 100, they are scaled to 100.

Estimates based on your inputs. Real results depend on targeting, creative, landing pages and tracking.
Enter your funnel. Annual contract value, target deals per quarter, lead-to-SQL rate and SQL-to-close rate. Use your CRM numbers, or start with the defaults and adjust.
Get your budget in seconds. The calculator works backwards from deals to SQLs, leads and clicks, then prices those clicks across Google Search, LinkedIn, Meta and Microsoft Ads at the CPC, conversion rate and budget split you set. Keep the plan. Copy the summary, or enter your work email and we’ll send you the full plan with budget by channel, CPL, CAC and the three changes that would cut it most.
The calculator runs the same maths we use to build a media plan for a new account. It starts from the deals you need, applies your funnel rates to find the leads and clicks behind them, and prices those clicks on each channel. It tells you what the budget should be, not what your campaigns will do. Whether they hit the number depends on targeting, creative, landing pages and tracking.
Most paid media budgets are set from the top down. Last year’s number, plus or minus, split across channels by habit.
Set that way, the budget has no link to the pipeline the business needs. Underfund it and sales runs short of SQLs by month two. Overfund the wrong channel and CAC climbs while the deal count stays flat.
Working backwards ties the budget to the deals it has to produce. The number you take to the board is the one the funnel says it takes, the channel split follows cost per customer rather than habit, and the first lever to pull is the one that saves the most.
Yes. The calculator and every result on the page are free with no signup. If you want the plan sent to you, we ask for your work email, with no obligation.
Five: annual contract value, target deals per quarter, lead-to-SQL rate, SQL-to-close rate and an average cost per click for each channel you run. Your CRM has the first four. If you don’t have a CPC yet, the defaults are reasonable starting points for B2B and you can adjust them as you go.
Yes. Change any input and the results update instantly. Use Copy summary to keep each scenario, or Reset to defaults to start again.
Look at Where the leverage is first. It shows what a small lift in landing page conversion, lead-to-SQL rate or CPC does to the number, and those are usually cheaper than more budget. Then check the channel split. Moving spend from the channel with the highest CAC to the one with the lowest is the fastest fix. That’s what we do at Veuno.
Most calculators start with a budget and tell you what it might return. This one starts with the deals you need and tells you what budget it takes, where each lead and customer comes from, and how long CAC takes to pay back. It is built for pipeline targets, not ad spend.
No. It tells you what the budget should be if your funnel performs at the rates you entered. Whether it does depends on targeting, creative, landing pages and tracking, which is why the first thing we check on any account is that the conversion data is real. The free tracking checker covers that.

Simply tell us about your goals and budget and we’ll set up a short call, then send a full proposal within five days.
