Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We need an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the Veuno team and grow our client base.

You will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and converting potential customers and generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers through various channels.

We need a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales to hit the ground running with generating new business, and then creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You must have proven business development and sales experience with a track record of hitting your quarterly targets. You need excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and an in-depth knowledge of marketing services.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets constantly.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact and qualify potential customers.
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads.
  • Consistently track progress towards sales targets.
  • Develop new strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Manage and track all lead activity through our CRM, ensuring an effective sales funnel.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
  • Stay up-to-date with Veuno services and pricing.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales activities and results to management.
Key success measures for this role will be tied directly to the number of monthly meetings set and their quality.

  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience selling B2B marketing services
  • Proficiency in ActiveCampaign CRM software
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices.
  • Ability to create error-free content in US English.
  • Organized and logical data management skills
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of business model economics.

The salary for this role will range between £22,000 and £32,000 base salary + commission (25% of gross profit – no cap). Exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and location. This is a fully remote position.
